When we created our first interactive event back in 1991, [with the help of professional actress, presenter and producer Wendy Adams Evans], we had no idea of the scale of success it would lead to. The productions, events and shows created by Performance Interactive Pursuits and You’ve Been Hoaxed, originally conceived as entertainment ideas, have been making their mark in the corporate world for several years and, with an endless flow of new ideas, it seems the sky’s the limit.  Our combination of Performing Arts expertise and Business Analysis skills help us create innovative events that have both a team-building and entertainment element.

Why has this been such a success?  We believe that, in the team-building market, the focus on understanding the customer’s needs in advance and the ability to adapt the production as it goes along are the key - and we can prove our team-building actually works. On the entertainment front, we believe that today’s audiences don’t necessarily want to sit in a dark theatre and be quiet; they want to be able to have a drink and chat whilst being entertained. We have found a market for something more casual and spontaneous - that the audience really feels part of...but only if they want to!
